A Ukrainian court has ordered the organizer of a military technology exhibition into pretrial detention without bail after a Russian missile strike on the event killed at least 11 people and injured around 100. Vasyl Honcharuk allegedly organized the July 24 exhibition in the Kyiv region without the required approval from state or military authorities.
