UAE to see rain, clouds and mist this week

The UAE National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) expected that Subday’s weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy in some coastal, northern, and eastern areas, with a chance of rainfall.

In a statement, NCM explained that winds will be light to moderate in speed, sometimes becoming active and causing dust, moving from southeast to northwest, with speeds ranging from 10 to 25kmph, reaching up to 40kmph.

The sea in the Arabian Gulf will be moderate to rough, with the first high tide at 16:48, the second at 5.47am, the first low tide at 11.10am, and the second at 10.46pm.

In the Sea of Oman, the waves will be moderate to rough, with the first high tide at 2.36pm, the second at 1.46am, the first low tide at 8.16am, and the second at 7.30pm.

  • Sunday. January 25: Partly cloudy to cloudy over some coastal, northern, and eastern areas, with a chance of rainfall. Humid by night and Monday morning over some coastal and internal areas. Light to moderate Southeasterly, becoming Northwesterly winds, freshening at times causing blowing dust, with a speed of 10–25kmph, reaching 40kmph. The sea will be moderate, becoming rough by afternoon in the Arabian Gulf and rough by morning becoming moderate in Oman Sea
  • Monday, January 26: Partly cloudy to cloudy at times over the sea, northern and coastal areas, maybe associated with light rainfall, and a decrease in temperatures. Humid by night and Tuesday morning over some coastal and internal areas with a probability of fog or mist formation. Light to moderate Northeasterly to Northwesterly winds, freshening at times over the sea, with a speed of 10–25kmph, reaching 40kmph. The sea will be rough, becoming moderate to slight by afternoon in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in Oman Sea
  • Tuesday, January 27: Fair to partly cloudy, and low clouds will appear over some eastern and northern areas. Humid by night and Wednesday morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a probability of fog or mist formation. Light to moderate Northwesterly to Northeasterly winds, freshening at times, with a speed of 10–20kmph, reaching 35kmph. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea
  • Wednesday, January 28: Fair to partly cloudy, and low clouds will appear over some eastern and northern areas. Humid by night and Thursday morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a probability of fog or mist formation. Light to moderate Northeasterly to Southeasterly winds, with a speed of 10–20kmph, reaching 30kmph. The sea will be slight in the Arabian Gulf and in Oman Sea
