The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) won the Best Stand Award at FITUR 2025 for showcasing Thai culture and sustainability. TAT’s stand featured traditional crafts and highlighted key tourism destinations.

Thailand Triumphs at FITUR 2025

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) achieved global acclaim by winning the Best Stand Award at FITUR 2025, hosted in Madrid, Spain, from 22-26 January. Outshining 156 countries, TAT’s exhibit highlighted a unique blend of Thai culture and sustainability. The stand was crafted with traditional and eco-friendly elements, such as wooden lanterns and woven crafts, capturing the attention of international visitors.

TAT’s Commitment to Sustainability

TAT Governor Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool expressed pride in the team’s innovation and dedication to sustainability. She highlighted the creative installation featuring fabrics like tie-dye and pha khao ma, showcasing key tourist destinations. This display emphasized Thailand’s commitment to sustainable tourism and cultural heritage as part of the Grand Tourism and Sports Year 2025 celebration.

Engaging Experiences and Global Recognition

Thailand’s stand featured “5 Must-Do Experiences,” including Muay Thai, Bo Sang umbrella painting, and Thai-inspired cocktails. The live demonstrations exemplified Thailand’s soft power, drawing widespread admiration. Awarded the Best Stand in FITUR 2025’s Countries/Regions category, TAT’s exhibit emphasized exemplary design, storytelling, and eco-conscious practices, affirming Thailand’s status as a premier travel destination.
