The rural town of Bucksnort, Tennessee, is reeling after an explosion at a local explosives plant left 16 people dead.
Authorities confirmed the 16 fatalities, though three individuals initially believe to be inside the facility were later found safe, according to Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis.
