Tajik president remotely opens two schools and two kindergartens in Rudaki

BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 19. President of
Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon remotely inaugurated four educational
facilities, including two schools and two kindergartens, on October
19 in Rudaki district.

According to the press service of the Tajik president, the
facilities were inaugurated as part of the remote opening of 20
facilities in the district, following the opening of the new Rudaki
District Palace of Culture.

In the village of Rohati, Secondary School No. 145, designed to
accommodate 800 students in two shifts, and Kindergarten No. 18,
with a capacity of 280 children, were inaugurated. An additional
building for Secondary School No. 3, designed to accommodate 1,200
students in two shifts, was also opened.

Another kindergarten, No. 19, was commissioned in the village of
Ganchina. The facility is designed to accommodate 100 children.

The new facilities are intended to improve conditions for
education and early childhood development in the district.

Meanwhile, the commissioning of the facilities forms part of
efforts to expand access to educational infrastructure in
Tajikistan. The construction and modernization of schools and
kindergartens are important for accommodating growing demand for
educational services and providing children with access to learning
facilities closer to their communities.

School capacity, the availability of preschool places, and the
condition of educational buildings are among the factors affecting
the delivery of education at the local level. New facilities can
help ease pressure on existing institutions and provide additional
space for students and young children.
