Sharjah real estate developer Alef Group has announced the launch of phase 2 of its landmark AED2.5bn ($681m) Olfah development — a forest-inspired, walkable residential community that blends modern design with nature-driven living.

Following the successful debut of phase 1, the second phase reinforces Alef Group’s long-term commitment to delivering vibrant, future-ready communities.

Phase 2 introduces additional inventory of three-bedroom apartments, meeting strong demand.

New Sharjah

Strategically located in the heart of New Sharjah, Olfah is designed as a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood that integrates residential, retail, and leisure spaces in one cohesive master plan.

Built around the concept of “nature at its largest,” Olfah offers residents views of landscaped parks from most apartments.

The expansive green areas encourage outdoor recreation, community interaction, and wellbeing through a tranquil setting inspired by sustainable design principles.

Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi, CEO of Alef Group, said: “The launch of the second phase of buildings at Olfah marks another important milestone in Alef Group’s journey to redefine modern living in Sharjah.

“This expansion reflects our strategic vision to create vibrant, sustainable communities that elevate the quality of life for residents while supporting the emirate’s long-term urban development goals.”

He added: “We aspire to continue to demonstrate our commitment to innovation, design excellence and responsible growth, ensuring that Alef remains at the forefront of Sharjah’s evolving real estate sector and a trusted partner in shaping its future.”

Sustainable living

Phase 2 introduces a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each designed to maximise natural light, space, and comfort.

Interiors feature custom-designed kitchens, full-height wardrobes, and premium finishes, while floor-to-ceiling windows and large balconies ensure that more than 75 per cent of units offer direct views of landscaped parks, pools, and the city skyline.

Olfah’s design ethos reflects Alef Group’s emphasis on human-centred urban planning, combining energy-efficient layouts with contemporary architectural design to promote comfort, sustainability, and lifestyle diversity.

Centrally connected

Olfah’s location provides direct access to Sharjah’s main educational, healthcare, and retail destinations. The development is:

  • 8 minutes from University City
  • 9 minutes from Zahia City Centre
  • 15 minutes from Sharjah International Airport

The community’s connectivity to major highways and transport routes makes it an attractive address for professionals, families, and investors seeking proximity, convenience, and value within Sharjah’s growing real estate landscape.
