RateGain Travel Technologies has entered a strategic partnership with FLYR, a US-based revenue management system provider, to offer its software products to hotel customers globally. The agreement, announced on October 30, 2025, will see FLYR integrate RateGain’s Navigator platform into its system.

The partnership enables FLYR Hospitality to distribute RateGain’s SaaS products, including the Navigator platform, which provides real-time rate intelligence for hotel pricing decisions. FLYR will offer these solutions with product resources and demonstration environments provided by RateGain.

Andrew Rubinacci, Chief Commercial Officer at FLYR Hospitality, said the collaboration aims to help hotel customers access data needed to operate commercial organizations effectively. The integration combines RateGain’s rate shopping capabilities with FLYR’s AI-driven revenue and business intelligence tools.

Toby March, Executive Vice President for Revenue (Americas) at RateGain, stated the partnership aligns with the company’s mission to simplify growth for travel and hospitality businesses. The integration is designed to provide hotels with pricing insights at the point of decision-making.

RateGain, headquartered in India, serves over 3,200 customers and 700 partners across 100 countries. The company works with 26 of the top 30 hotel chains and processes electronic transactions, price points, and travel data for revenue management teams globally.

The shares of Rategain Travel Technologies Limited were trading at ₹641.95 up by ₹6.40 or 1.01 per cent on the NSE today at 12.15 pm.
