Formed as a strategic joint venture between the JSW Group and SAIC Motor, JSW MG Motor India combines Indian market expertise with global automotive capabilities. The company has focused heavily on sustainable mobility, advanced tech integration, localized supply chains, and expanding manufacturing capacity.
The leadership change comes as the company cements its position in the Indian electric vehicle market, having crossed over 1,50,000 EV sales since its initial launch, anchored by the MG Windsor as the country’s top-selling electric vehicle.
