Tens of thousands of people in the US state of Nevada have been told to evacuate their homes as a wildfire approached the city of Reno.
Eyewitnesses recorded videos showing the blaze and plumes of smoke in the outskirts of the city as the fire continued to spread over the weekend.
Six people have been injured, according to local authorities, with windy and unpredictable weather contributing to the fire’s spread.
