More clashes have broken out along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border with dozens of Taliban fighters reportedly killed on October 15. Fighting near the Pakistani border town of Chaman followed three days of escalating conflict between the two countries. Tensions have risen over the Taliban’s alleged sheltering of fugitives wanted by Pakistan on terrorism charges.
