Die Lebensmittelbranche berechnet Eiweisswerte systematisch falsch. Das zeigt eine Studie des deutschen Bundesforschungsinstituts für Ernährung. Tatsächlich liegt der Proteingehalt bis zu 21 Prozent tiefer.
