An elderly Ukrainian man is trying to cope with the tragedy of losing his wife and son to a Russian drone strike in June 2025. Mykola Meleshko was sleeping when that attack hit his home, destroying most of the structure. He’s managed to live in a salvaged room but hopes a family could take him in as he struggles with the loss of his loved ones.
