Adidas has reduced a number of roles in its technology team in India as part of efforts to simplify operations, affecting less than 20% of the organisation.

Adidas said on ​Wednesday
it has ⁠reduced a number of roles ‌in its technology team ‌in India
as ‌part ⁠of efforts ⁠to simplify operations.

“The impact of these ​changes is ‌less than 20% of our India
Technology organization,” ‌the company ​said in a statement.

The German ⁠sportswear maker did not ‌disclose how many jobs
were affected. Its website showed nearly 650 people ‌worked at
its Gurgaon ​and Chennai hubs.
