The South Carolina Gamecocks won the 2024 NCAA women’s March Madness tournament and have begun their quest to win three out of four.

Let’s take a look at the NCAA tournament betting board at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Jan 27.

NCAA Women’s Tournament Winner 2025 odds:

South Carolina: +225 (bet $10 to win $32.50 total)
UConn: +350 (bet $10 to win $45 total)
Notre Dame: +450 (bet $10 to win $55 total)
USC: +500 (bet $110 to win $60 total)
UCLA: +600 (bet $10 to win $70 total)
Texas: +900 (bet $10 to win $100 total)

The Gamecocks won the national title in 2022, lost in the Final Four in 2023 and then won the title again last season. But in each of those seasons, they won at least their first 12 games.

In their sixth game of the season, they fell 77-62 at UCLA. With that, the Bruins have been the No. 1 team in the country ever since.

South Carolina has seamlessly bounced back from that one blemish and is still favored to win it all, moving to +250 from +225 over the last week. It most recently knocked off No. 5 LSU.

Additionally, Gamecocks head coach Dawn Staley recently signed a $25 million extension that makes her the highest paid women’s hoops coach of all time.

Going back to UCLA, the Bruins are 20-0 and have ranked wins over Louisville, South Carolina, Michigan, Baylor and Maryland this season.

In the latest women’s hoops poll, they received 27 first-place votes.
