Ukrainian rescue crews searched for survivors following a deadly strike on the western city of Ternopil on November 19. Scores of people have been killed and dozens injured across Ukraine from a massive wave of Russian drone and missile strikes that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called a “brazen attack on ordinary life.”
