Protests continued in Kyiv for a third day following the passage of a law affecting two anti-corruption agencies. On July 24, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy submitted a new bill to parliament that reversed the changes in the earlier legislation, which opponents said would strip the agencies of their independence.
