Ukraine’s military says it has cut off Russian infiltration units who broke through a defensive line north of the eastern city of Pokrovsk. But that has provided little relief for residents of the nearby town of Dobropillya who continue to face Russian strikes despite recent diplomatic efforts to end the war.
