The Stock Exchange accepts registration of 6 new DRx based on US stocks, starting trading on 18 Nov.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has registered 6 new securities based on US stocks “AMD80X”, “AVGO80X”, “ESTEE80X”, “MA80X”, “NIKE80X” and “VISA80X” issued by Krung Thai

Bank. The 6 new securities are based on stocks listed on major stock exchanges in the United States, including:

  • “AMD80X” Advanced Micro Devices Inc (AMD), a company that manufactures semiconductors such as CPUs and GPUs for computers. Servers and gaming equipment
  • “AVGO80X” Broadcom Inc (AVGO), a leader in the semiconductors market, specializes in networking and communication technologies.
  • “ESTEE80X” Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. (EL), a manufacturer of cosmetics, skincare, hair care products, and fragrances. Brands under the company include Estee Lauder, Jo Malone, La Mer and Tom Ford Beauty.
  • “MA80X” Quote Mastercard Incorporated (MA), a global leader in the credit and debit card payments market.
  • “NIKE80X” Nike Inc. (NKE), a manufacturer and designer of sports products such as shoes, clothing, and equipment.
  • “VISA80X” Quote Visa Inc. (V) shares, a global leader in credit and debit card payments.

The 6 new DRx securities will be traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 18 November 2024 onwards.

It is a type of Depositary Receipt (DR) traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand where investors have the opportunity to receive the same benefits as holding foreign securities. Investors can trade through a securities trading account with Thai baht.
