The Tourism Authority of Thailand launched the “Mueang Na Tiew: Year of Celebration” to boost domestic tourism through 12 themed experiences, collaborations, and promotions, focusing on sustainable growth and regional income distribution.

Nationwide Campaign Launched by TAT

Bangkok, 14 May 2025 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has unveiled “Mueang Na Tiew: Year of Celebration,” targeting domestic tourism during the Green Season (June–September). This initiative highlights 12 themed travel experiences across 55 secondary cities with exclusive promotions from travel and lifestyle partners. The campaign connects public and private sectors, aiming to boost regional spending and enhance Thailand’s tourism economy for sustainable growth.

Diverse Travel Experiences for All

TAT Deputy Governor Apichai Chatchalermkit emphasized the campaign’s focus on resonating with Thai travelers by aligning with lifestyle trends. The diverse offerings include serene escapes for professionals, thrilling adventures, scenic getaways, and romantic settings. It encourages solo female travelers, nature enthusiasts, and seniors to explore with confidence. Visitors can enjoy water activities, regional BBQ hotspots, meaningful family trips, and culinary journeys celebrating local flavors.

Extensive Promotions and Goals

TAT’s collaboration with various travel and lifestyle brands ensures attractive promotions, including airline discounts, accommodation deals, and car rental offers. Exclusive perks from financial institutions, and bonus points from PT petrol stations, further enrich the campaign. As part of the Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism Year 2025, the initiative aims to attract 250,000 travelers, reach over 10 million people, and generate a minimum of 500 million baht in revenue, supporting Thailand’s national tourism goals.
