The Tourism Authority of Thailand celebrated Saudia’s inaugural direct flights from Riyadh and Jeddah to Phuket, boosting tourism, trade, and cultural connections between Thailand and Saudi Arabia.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) marked Saudia’s introduction of direct flights from Riyadh and Jeddah to Phuket with lively airport ceremonies. These inaugural non-stop routes represent a significant milestone in strengthening tourism, cultural exchange, and economic relations between Thailand and Saudi Arabia.

These new routes offer tourists greater convenience and promote cross-cultural exchanges, making Thailand an increasingly attractive destination for Saudi travelers. TAT officials emphasized the flights’ potential to strengthen historical bonds between the two nations, fostering tourism and business opportunities.

The inaugural flights, commencing on December 2 and 4, were marked by warm welcome ceremonies, showcasing Thai culture. As Saudia continues to enhance connections with Thailand, both countries look forward to mutual growth in tourism and cultural activities.
