Devansh Trademart LLP, one of the promoters of Gujarat Fluorochemicals, on Wednesday divested a 1.18 per cent stake in the company for Rs 460 crore through an open market transaction. After the stake sale, Devansh Trademart’s holding in Gujarat Fluorochemicals has come down to 3.66 per cent from 4.84 per cent. Also, the combined holding of promoters has declined to 61.4 per cent from 62.58 per cent.
SBI Mutual Fund has purchased 10,73,424 lakh shares or 2.85 per cent stake in Pitti Engineering for nearly Rs 102 crore. The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 950.10.
Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has taken on lease 5.57 lakh sq ft office spaces in Mumbai to set up a large centre for meeting the growing demand of flexible managed workspaces from corporates. In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, Smartworks informed that it has signed over 5,57,000 sq ft campus at Intellion Park, Navi Mumbai, a project developed by Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd. This will be Smartworks’ largest managed office campus in Mumbai. With this addition, the company’s leased portfolio in Mumbai has crossed the 10 lakh sq ft milestone.
Dreamfolks Services, which has been facing certain headwinds, has discontinued the domestic airport lounge services, and the shares of the company fell nearly 5 per cent on Wednesday. “… the company wishes to update that the services of domestic airport lounges have been discontinued to our clients, effective today. The impact of the same is material. The other domestic services and global lounge business will continue as usual,” the company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
Rajendra Lodha, a former director of Lodha Developers formerly Macrotech Developers, was arrested for allegedly defrauding the company of ₹85 crore. His resignation followed an ethics review, and he is accused of fraudulent land dealings. He is in police custody until September 23 as investigations continue. Lodha Developers said in a statement, “The company maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any misconduct, irrespective of the seniority or position of the individual concerned.” Rajendra Lodha resigned from all positions at the company on August 17,
Cochin Shipyard Limited has entered into a contract with ONGC for the dry dock major lay-up repair of one of the ONGC jack-up rigs for about ₹200 crores to be executed over a period of about 12 months. The company informed that the order does not involve any related-party transactions and has formally announced the award to the stock exchanges.

Hyundai Motor India on Wednesday said it has decided to hike employee compensation by Rs 31,000 effective from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027. The company and United Union of Hyundai Employees (UUHE), the recognised union, have announced the successful conclusion and signing of a mutually beneficial wage settlement agreement for the period 2024–2027, the automaker said in a regulatory filing. The long-term wage settlement for mostly technician/workmen cadre will be effective from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027, it added.
Biocon Biologics Ltd, a subsidiary of Biocon, has received US FDA approval for its denosumab biosimilars — Bosaya (a Prolia biosimilar) and Aukelso (a Xgeva biosimilar). Bosaya targets osteoporosis and cancer-related bone loss, while Aukelso addresses skeletal complications in cancer patients and other bone-related conditions.
