The Stock Exchange of Thailand Add a Caution sign to cover Trusts, Property Funds, and Infrastructure Funds (collectively, “Funds”) that are at risk or have events that may affect their financial position.

Purchase by Cash Balance account only

Business operations, liquidity of the Fund, and instances where the Fund violates or fails to comply with established criteria must be addressed. Investors are required to purchase trust units or investment units with specific symbols solely through a Cash Balance account.

The Fund is also required to hold a public presentation within 15 days of the listing date to inform and clarify solutions regarding such events for unitholders and investors. Additionally, it must provide quarterly progress reports on these events. This process ensures that investors can access relevant information to make well-informed investment decisions and exercise greater caution.
