President Ilham Aliyev sends congratulatory letter to Sultan of Oman

BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 18. President of the
Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory
letter to the Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said on the
