Mourners gathered outside the ruins of a Kyiv apartment building to bid farewell to a 2-year-old child and her mother who were killed in a recent Russian strike on the Ukrainian capital. The emotional ceremony on August 31 came three days after the building was hit, killing 22 of its residents.
