BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, November 3. On October 28,
the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the Republic of Korea Aida
Ismailova visited the enterprises of leading Korean companies
Woojin Industrial Systems and Blue Network, which specialize in the
production of environmentally friendly transport and charging
stations for electric vehicles, the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry says,
Trend reports.

According to the information, during the visit to the Woojin
Industrial Systems plant the ambassador met with the company’s vice
president Kwang Seok Kim.

The parties reportedly discussed plans to create a production
line for assembling electric buses in Kyrgyzstan, which will
contribute to the development of environmentally friendly public
transport, improve the environmental situation and increase the
comfort of travel for the country’s citizens.

The Ambassador also visited the Blue Network plant, which
produces charging stations for electric vehicles. During the
meeting with the company’s management, there were discussed plans
to supply charging stations to Kyrgyzstan to create an electric
transport infrastructure.

The company has already sent samples of charging stations to
Kyrgyzstan, and they are currently undergoing testing. These
stations are a key element in promoting environmentally friendly
transport and the transition to sustainable energy sources.
