Ukrainian drone strikes hit a Russian-operated oil terminal in the Crimean city of Feodosia on October 13, causing massive fires. The key energy resource — the largest oil storage and shipment hub on the occupied peninsula — sustained heavy damage, with multiple fires reported. Russian air strikes, meanwhile, triggered fires in the Ukrainian port city of Odesa, injuring at least one person.
