Did you know that in 2024, the average employment rate for recent graduates aged 20-34 in the EU was 82.3%? Or that 10.9% of young men and 7.7% of young women were early leavers from education and training, i.e. they completed at most a lower secondary level of education? On the other hand, 84.3% of people aged 20 to 24 years attained at least intermediate level of education. And did you know that 15% of unemployed adults aged 25 to 64 had a recent learning experience in 2024, an important indicator for skills development?

Our online publication Education and training in the EU – facts and figures provides the most recent data on education and training. It covers different areas such as participation in education, learning mobility, education personnel, education finance, and language learning.
