“Flowing natural gas from Venezuela to Colombia requires revitalizing infrastructure, making large investments, and obtaining relief from US sanctions,” said Marcela Rosas, who heads Latin America Gas at S&P Global Energy. “If all these elements aligned, these gas flows could reduce LNG imports and provide supply diversification to Colombia.”
