A Russian drone attack targeting a bus killed 12 coal miners leaving their shift and wounded 16 others on February 1. The government of the Dnipropetrovsk region declared February 2 a day of mourning. Russian attacks have targeted Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and civilian sites, knocking out the power grid in multiple regions.
