Clear Secured Services will make its market debut on December 8 after concluding a well-received 85.60 crore IPO that ran from December 1 to 3. The book-built issue, entirely a fresh offering of 64.85 lakh shares, was priced at 132 per share and drew solid participation across investor categories.

While the pre-listing grey market premium is 0%, GMP activity is secondary in SME listings, where fundamentals, order book visibility and balance sheet strength usually determine post-listing behaviour.

The company attracted 24.39 crore from anchor investors on November 28, allocating 18.48 lakh shares ahead of the main bidding. That provided a signalling effect for other categories, with institutional investors ultimately subscribing their portion 9.98 times. Overall, the IPO was subscribed 8.83 times, including 6.60 times in the retail book and 12.51 times in the NII segment. The minimum retail application required 2,000 shares, translating to an entry cheque of 2.64 lakh at the upper price.

Clear Secured Services operates in the integrated facility management space, a segment that has been expanding as enterprises increasingly outsource non-core operations. The company’s portfolio spans security services, housekeeping and cleaning, repair and maintenance, infrastructure and interiors, HR and staffing solutions, telecom-related work, and IT and software services.

Its customer base covers telecom, insurance, real estate, oil and gas, banking, retail and government clients. With operations spread across 17 customer locations in 15 states and two union territories, the company positions itself as a one-roof service provider for clients seeking a unified facilities partner.

Financial disclosures in the RHP show steady top-line expansion. Total income rose from 311.71 crore in FY23 to 350.63 crore in FY24, and further to 482.74 crore in FY25. Profit after tax, however, dipped 18% year-on-year to 9.92 crore in FY25 due to a one-time exceptional item of 8.44 crore.

The issue proceeds will be deployed to strengthen the operating base. Clear Secured plans to invest 5.25 crore into its wholly owned subsidiary for equipment purchases, 26 crore for working capital, 35.50 crore towards debt repayment and 7.86 crore for general corporate purposes. With subscription momentum, anchor participation and a clear utilisation plan for fresh capital, attention now shifts to Clear Secured Services’ NSE-SME listing performance on Monday, where investors will gauge whether the operational breadth and revenue trajectory can support sustained market interest.
