Cityscape Qatar 2025 will generate more than QR400m ($110m) in real estate transactions at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The landmark 13th edition of Qatar’s largest real estate exhibition brings together more than 15,000 investors, developers, government leaders, and industry innovators for three days of deal-making and insight-sharing, running until October 14.

With more than 70 leading developers on the show floor, the event signals strong market confidence and expanding opportunities in Qatar’s property sector heading into Q4.

Among the projects and developments at the show will be:

  • Qetaifan Projects: Presenting its flagship Qetaifan Island North development — a lifestyle destination uniting partners such as Dar Global (L’Horizon and Les Vagues by Elie Saab), JMJ (The Grove by Zaha Hadid), Taameer (Carlton House), and HBJ (The Outlet Village)
  • New Murabba: Riyadh’s new downtown — a high-tech, culture-inspired mega project set to reshape urban living in Saudi Arabia
  • Al Waab City: Underscoring Qatar’s commitment to sustainable urban growth
  • V Marine: Highlighting premium waterfront living and investment
  • Deus X Pay: With a focus on fintech and real

With exhibitors ranging from master developers to proptech pioneers, the Cityscape Qatar floor is poised for active deal-making. Key participants include Qatari Diar, Barwa Real Estate, Taameer Real Estate, and United Development Company (UDC), all showcasing Qatar’s expanding pipeline of strategic projects.
