Azerbaijan’s Central Bank records decrease in average daily level of AZIR index


The Azerbaijan Interbank Rate (AZIR) decreased in March 2026, following a similar decline in February. This adjustment is part of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan’s strategy to stabilize financial markets and manage liquidity. The CBA has minimized the impact of external factors through targeted open market operations.
