Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan remittance volume drops in 1Q2025


Remittances between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have dropped significantly in the first quarter of the year, with outbound transfers from Azerbaijan to Kazakhstan halving and inbound flows also declining notably. Overall, Azerbaijan’s total remittances sent abroad and received from other countries fell by double-digit percentages compared to last year.
