In the frontline city of Kostyantynivka, north of Donetsk, residents hide from Russian drone strikes at all hours of day and night. Some are unable to leave on their own, while others have held out hope that the attacks would pass. But a humanitarian NGO is working to ensure that civilians can evacuate safely while they have the chance.
