Ukraine and Russia exchanged attacks a day after US special envoy Steve Witkoff met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow to discuss the prospect of a potential cease-fire. Despite the talks being described as “productive,” Russia launched dozens of drones over the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to Ukrainian officials. Meanwhile, a Russian oil refinery in the Krasnodar region was targeted by Ukrainian drones.
