Dozens of homes were damaged or destroyed in Ukraine’s southeastern region of Mykolayiv in overnight Russian strikes, authorities said on August 3. Multiple injuries were reported in drone and missile attacks on a densely populated residential area of high-rise apartments. Ukraine, meanwhile, struck Russian oil facilities in Sochi, causing a massive fire.
