Demonstrators took to the streets in several Ukrainian cities late on July 22 after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a bill tightening restrictions on two crucial anti-corruption agencies amid criticism from Kyiv’s European allies. Speaking with RFE/RL, one protester said the bill is “very dangerous” for Ukraine.
