US President Donald Trump threatened Russia with “severe” tariffs if there is no cease-fire agreement between Kyiv and Moscow within 50 days. He made the statement at a news conference with NATO leader Mark Rutte, where he also announced plans to supply “billions of dollars” worth of military hardware to Ukraine, with NATO footing the bill.
