ExxonMobil cuts capex, lifts free cash flow in resilient Q1 performance


ExxonMobil reported first-quarter 2025 earnings of $7.7 billion, with free cash flow rising 11% from the previous quarter to $8.8 billion. The company highlighted strong operational performance, disciplined capital spending, and continued shareholder returns, despite a year-on-year decline in overall cash flow.
