Am Gericht bekam man schier Vögel ob der Frage, ob die Fotos nun unerlaubtes Fleisch oder die teils erlaubten Körner zeigen. Mäusi habe im Winter kaum Nahrung gefunden, sagte die Frau verzweifelt. «Es geht um ein hungriges Tier, es hat das Recht, zu essen, wie wir alle.» Und Mäusi, so ihre Verteidigerin, «weiss nichts vom neuen Jagdgesetz».
