Outgoing US President Joe Biden addressed the nation from the Oval Office one last time on Wednesday night ahead of Donald Trump’s inauguration.
In his farewell, Biden talked up his record of upholding democracy during his tenure and warned against an oligarchy and the threat of climate change, the tech industrial complex and artificial intelligence.
