SEC urges SABUY bondholders to gather information, exercise rights at upcoming meetings, and seek comprehensive details from issuer or representative. Meetings to be held on 12 December 2024


Bangkok, December 9, 2024 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) advises bondholders of four Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited (SABUY) bond tranches—SABUY24DA, SABUY254A, SABUY258A, and SABUY263A—to thoroughly review all available information. Bondholders are encouraged to exercise their rights at the upcoming meetings and contact the bond issuer or representative for detailed information to make informed voting decisions. The bondholders’ meetings are scheduled for December 12, 2024.
