Thunderbird Entertainment Group Announces 2024 Annual General Meeting and Update on Meeting Materials

VANCOUVER, British Columbia — Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. (TSXV: TBRD, OTCQX: THBRF) (“Thunderbird” or the “Company”) today announced, due to the ongoing Canada Post Labour dispute, the notice of meeting, information circular, and proxy form (the “Meeting Materials”) for the Company’s upcoming Annual and Special General Meeting (the “Meeting”) are being held at Odyssey Trust Company.

The Meeting will be held virtually on December 12, 2024, at 9:00 am PST. However, the Meeting Materials will not be sent out until the Canada Post dispute is over and shareholders may not receive them at their addresses in advance of the Meeting.

Copies of the Meeting Materials including the form of proxy have been filed and are available on the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.

If you are a registered shareholder, please contact the Company’s Transfer Agent, Odyssey Trust Company here to submit a request for your control number by selecting “I am a Shareholder” then “Obtain Proxy Control Number” to cast your vote for the upcoming Meeting.

If you hold shares through an intermediary such as a brokerage firm, please contact your intermediary directly for a copy of the proxy form. The voting deadline for the Company’s upcoming Meeting is 9:00 am, PST, on December 10, 2024.
