BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 6. The Baku Court of
Appeal on August 6 delivered its final ruling in an open hearing on
appeals filed by Armenian citizens Arayik Harutyunyan, Arkadi
Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Davit Ishkhanyan, David Babayan, Levon
Mnatsakanyan and others, who were convicted by the Baku Military
Court on charges related to crimes against peace and humanity, war
crimes and other serious offenses.
The charges include the planning and waging of an aggressive
war, genocide, violations of the laws and customs of war,
terrorism, financing of terrorism, forcible seizure of power and
numerous other crimes allegedly committed as a result of Armenia’s
military aggression against Azerbaijan.
