During the partnership, Bill Gosling grew its global headcount from approximately 2,500 to more than 7,000 employees, meaningfully expanded its nearshore and offshore delivery footprint, and established an in-house technology center-of-excellence in India through the acquisition of MattsenKumar, adding proprietary capabilities that have accelerated the Company’s tech-enabled service delivery.
