At least seven people were killed in an explosion at a Chinese hotel restaurant in the Afghan capital, Kabul, on January 19. The Islamic State-Khorasan Province (IS-K), the regional affiliate of the extremist group, claimed responsibility for blast. It was the latest in a string of attacks in Afghanistan to target Chinese nationals.
