The new flight routes to and from Spain in autumn 2025

There are many new flights to and from Spain this autumn to destinations across Europe, the United States and beyond.

If you’re looking at travelling this autumn or want friends and family to visit, you’re in luck as there are a whole host of new flights to and from Spain this autumn.

Seville to Toulouse

Transavia, the low-cost airline of the Air France-KLM group, will be adding a new direct route between Seville and Toulouse in France starting on October 26th with two weekly flights on Thursdays and Sundays.

Barcelona to Rennes

Budget airline easyJet will begin operating flights between Barcelona and Rennes in France also on October 26th, with flights departing on Thursdays and Sundays. 

Barcelona to Edinburgh

EasyJet will also open a new route between Barcelona and the Scottish capital of Edinburgh on Oct 27th.

Barcelona to Southampton

Another easyJet flight will also begin on Oct 27th between Barcelona and Southampton. It will operate two weekly flights on Mondays and Fridays.

Barcelona to Leeds

easyJet will also start operating between Barcelona and Leeds on Oct 29th with flights available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Málaga to Edinburgh

On October 28th, easyJet will start running flights between Málaga and Edinburgh, operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Almería to Liverpool 

Another route will begin on Oct 28th with easyJet between Almería and Liverpool. There will be two weekly flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Gran Canaria to Nantes

The route between the Canary Islands and the French city launches with easyJet on October 26th and will operate on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Gran Canaria to Lyon

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will also be connected to the French city of Lyon as easyJet will begin operating on October 29th with flights every Wednesday and Saturday.

Madrid to Orlando

National carrier Iberia Oct 26 The airline will launch direct flights between Madrid and Orlando (Florida) with four weekly flights operated with 292-seat Airbus A330 aircraft. With this new route, Iberia will now offer nine direct destinations in the United States.

Madrid to Recife

Direct flights to the Brazilian city of Recife will begin on December 13th, with three weekly connections.

Madrid to Innsbruck

Iberia will also fly to Innsbruck in Austria, twice weekly between December 21st and Easter 2026.

Madrid to Tromso

Flights to Tromso in Norway with Iberia will begin on December 4th, 2025, and will run until March 1st, 2026, with twice-weekly flights.

Madrid to Rovaniemi

Iberia is also returning to Rovaniemi in Finland, the capital of Lapland and home of Santa Claus, for the third consecutive year. Flights will begin on December 3rd and run until February 28th, 2026.

Madrid to Buenos Aires

Plus Ultra Airlines will begin offering direct flights between the Argentinean capital of Buenos Aires and Madrid. They will start operating on October 25th.

Granada to Santander

Volotea has announced a new direct flight between Santander and Granada, which will operate twice a week starting December 5th. Flights will operate on Tuesdays and Fridays, but extra ones will be added on Saturdays during the Christmas period.
