Intervision, Russia’s answer to Eurovision, will stage its grand final on September 20 just outside Moscow. Russia revived the Soviet-era contest after being banned from Eurovision in 2022 following its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. RFE/RL’s Kaisa Alliksaar reports.
