A few teams that weren’t expected to start 2-0 have done exactly that.

Check out the early odds for Coach of the Year at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Sept. 16, as well as what to know.

NFL Coach of the Year 2025 odds

Shane Steichen, Colts: +750 (bet $10 to win $85 total)

What to know: Whatta ya know, the Colts are 2-0. Who saw that coming? Even more shocking might be the fact that Daniel Jones has 588 passing yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. On top of that, Jones has three rushing TDs. The Steichen effect?

Matt LaFleur, Packers: +850 (bet $10 to win $95 total)

What to know: Green Bay looks like the best team in the league, after it dominated division foe Detroit (15-2 last season) in Week 1 and then Washington in Week 2 (lost in NFC title game last season). Jordan Love is also looking like one of the league’s burgeoning stars at QB.

Jonathan Gannon, Cardinals: +1000 (bet $10 to win $110 total)

What to know: Arizona is 2-0, but its wins are against New Orleans and Carolina, arguably the worst two teams in the league. On the positive side, Kyler Murray appears to be back in form, albeit against lackluster competition.

Jim Harbaugh, Chargers: +1000 (bet $10 to win $110 total)

What to know: Harbaugh is doing what Harbaugh does in L.A. — winning. The Chargers are 2-0 with two division wins, over Kansas City to open the season and then over the Raiders in Week 2.

Mike Vrabel, Patriots: +1200 (bet $10 to win $130 total)

What to know: Vrabel opened the season atop the oddsboard, and though he hasn’t cratered, he has dropped, with New England off to a 1-1 start. In addition, Drake Maye has been uneven through two weeks.

Liam Coen, Jaguars: +1400 (bet $10 to win $150 total)

What to know: Coen is a first-time head coach, and the Jags are 1-1, with a win over the lowly Carolina and a loss to the Bengals without Joe Burrow.
